The culinary team of our Bistro, led by chef Wojtek Kucia, sets out daily on a journey around the world in pursuit of the most interesting and inspiring flavors. Our menu is both a map and a ticket, allowing you to participate in this delicious adventure with us!
We believe that while everyone loves to travel, some have the adventurous spirit, while others like to return to familiar places – that’s why in the Tickets Bistro & Wine menu, both explorers of new tastes and lovers of classics will find something for themselves. Here, in a friendly atmosphere, you can momentarily forget about the outside world, feel delicious, and comfortable!
We start the day at Tickets at 8 am, serving breakfast until noon, and from 12 to 10 pm, we invite you to enjoy positions from our main menu. All this seven days a week!
For those who want to take the full flavor journey home or to guests, we also offer takeout sales of our bread, sweets, and wines.

Wojtek Kucia embarked on the culinary journey of his life 18 years ago – that’s his industry experience, gained among other things under the guidance of one of the best Polish chefs, Dariusz Barański. Wojtek’s desire to constantly improve his skills goes hand in hand with practice. That’s why he completed engineering studies in Gastronomy at the Silesian Medical University in Katowice – half jokingly, half seriously we can say that he not only cooks professionally and healthily but also has the papers to prove it… But completely serious – the opportunity to constantly create and seek new inspirations is the reason why he wouldn’t swap his job for any other!

In Tickets Bistro & Wine, a unique selection of low-intervention wines awaits thirsty guests – made by winemakers who listen to nature and follow its paths, avoiding chemical fertilization of grapevines or “improving” wine with technology and artificial additives.
