Tickets Bistro&Wine is the beating heart of Wodna Wieżalocated on the ground floor. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch, an energizing breakfast or an easy-going evening with a glass of outstanding wine. The atmosphere is laid-back, but the quality we serve is top tier.

Our team, led by the Head Chef, has created a menu that invites you on a journey – no layovers required! Whether you’re craving tried-and-true classics or you’re in the mood for culinary exploration, we use only the finest ingredients to guarantee your satisfaction. 

  • A World of Breakfasts (8:00–11:30) – start your day with a solid boost of energy. Our breakfasts are inspired by cuisines from different continents. It’s the perfect beginning to a weekend full of attractions or simply a slow, delicious morning without any rush. 
  • À La Carte Menu (from 12:00) – a selection of dishes from across the globe, served in a modern interpretation. Balanced, flavourful and authentic cuisine, ideal for a business lunch or a family meal. 
  • Homemade baked goods and bread – every day our kitchen fills with the aroma of naturally leavened bread and freshly baked sweets. You can enjoy them on the spot or take them with you – because who doesn’t love a bit of homemade luxury?

Tickets is a paradise for wine lovers. We’ve focused on a unique selection of low-intervention wines that respect nature and express the character of their terroir.

Head Chef Wojtek Kucia

He embarked on the culinary adventure 18 years ago and that’s how much professional experience he has, acquired for instance under the watchful eye of Dariusz Barański, one of the best Polish head chefs.

Wojtek skillfully combines his cooking practice with the ambition to constantly improve his qualifications. This is why he acquired a bachelor’s degree in gastronomy from the Silesian Higher School of Medicine in Katowice – half jokingly, you could say that he not only professionally cooks healthy meals, but also has papers to confirm it.

What makes him say that he would never change his job is the possibility of constantly creating things and looking for new inspirations.
